Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Len Libby reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if we have run out of a particular confection.
PLEASE NOTE: If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order as placed, we will try to contact you by email to determine how you would like for us to proceed. If you have ever visited our store or spoken with us by phone, you know that we will just about stand on our heads to fulfill your request. We don't like to disappoint. |
