WARM WEATHER SHIPPING NOTICE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING!

As of May 11th, 2026 our hot weather shipping advisory is in effect for ALL Shipping orders. We are currently only shipping Monday-Wednesday. Any orders placed after 11:00am on Wednesdays will not ship until the following Monday at the earliest. (Federal Holidays Depending)
Please ship chocolates at your own risk. Len Libby Candies is not responsible for packages that arrive melted or in poor condition. Please note that our ice packs are only guaranteed to last for 24 hours, and though we try our best, there is a possibility that your chocolate will arrive melted or in poor condition. 

Please give us a call at 207-883-4897 for low melt or no melt shipping suggestions!

Delivery dates & timelines are not guaranteed!* USPS is experiencing significant delays in some areas. Please allow extra time to receive your order once it leaves our facility.

 *The United States Postal Service & FedEx do not guarantee any delivery timelines. Please understand that Len Libby Candies cannot be held responsible for delayed, melted, or missing packages. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping service you selected. The estimated ship time is just an estimate and is subject to change.

 Please ensure your shipping address is as accurate as possible. Len Libby is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses for orders placed online. If your package is returned to us due to issues with the shipping address, we will require additional shipping charges to re-send your order. Billing addresses and Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order has been placed. Please confirm that everything is correct before placing your order.

 Also, please note that we are unable to ship to California, or anywhere outside of the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.
