We ship Monday-Friday with regard for Federal holidays and postal service closures. Any orders placed after 10:00am on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday, at the earliest. 

 As of January 27th, 2025 our hot weather shipping advisory is only in effect for orders shipping to warm weather climates. If you are shipping to a warm weather state, please order chocolates at your own risk, Len Libby Candies is not responsible for packages that arrive melted or in poor condition. Please note that our ice packs are only guaranteed to last for 24 hours, and though we try our best, there is a possibility that your chocolate will arrive melted or in poor condition. 

*Your package will leave our facility within 3 business days after being processed*

We cannot guarantee any delivery dates. Please understand that Len Libby Candies cannot be held responsible for delayed, melted, or missing packages.

 Please ensure your shipping address is as accurate as possible. Len Libby is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses for orders placed online. If your package is returned to us due to issues with the shipping address, we will require additional shipping charges to re-send your order.

 Also, please note that we are unable to ship to California, or anywhere outside of the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.
