Please Note:  We completely understand that you, or someone you love, is craving our chocolate, and that nothing but Len Libby will ever do.  However, during these difficult supply chain/delivery times, there are sometimes significant delays with packages arriving as indicated by USPS. All delivery methods are under particular stress at this time.

With that said, please note that we are not responsible for our products not being delivered exactly when the post office communicates they will be. Please be advised that during these challenging times, even with expedited shipping, there may be significant delays in your delivery. Therefore, we cannot refund you for products not being delivered on time or shipping fees.

We currently ship 5 days a week and your order will leave our building in a reasonable time frame. However, we simply cannot be responsible for all the errors and backlog of the USPS.

Also, please note that we do not ship to California.
